Weston Football Clubs Class4kids T&C


  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved
  • Weston Football Club or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
  • Weston Football Club reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at – westonfootballclub@hotmail.com or 07553875217
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
  • If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Weston Football Club will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
  • Aerial photos may be taken via a drone of the sessions for our social media, our volunteer staff will make sure no children's faces are visible in the shots. If you have concerns regarding this please email the club at westonfootballclub@hotmail.com and we will action this ASAP.



Club Subscriptions

  • Weston Football Club cannot cancel a players subscription or remove them from the FA's Whole Game System until all items that Weston Football Club have purchased such as Match Kit / Training kit and any other items e.g. captain arm band, POTM trophy have been returned in reusable condition. These should be hand delivered to the club chairman or your team manager. It is your responsibility as parents to look after all items the club have brought with care. Once you have returned everything that needs returning, it is up to you to let the club chairman know who you have handed the items too, so we can let the relevant staff member know to look at releasing the player(s) on Class4kids and the Whole Game System.   • A players subscription goes out on the 1st of each month via Class4kids. If you are leaving the club for any reason then you need to let the club know as soon as you are able too. Due to class4kids only taking payments on the 1st of the month you will not be refunded if your child leaves in the middle of month as Weston Football Club also setup your subscription in the middle of the month so you get free training until the payment is taken.
  • If you do not let the club know you are leaving and for what ever reason payment can not be taken, the club have the right to invoice you for any loss of money spent on Match Kit / Training kit, POTM trophy or any costly item.
  • Any item that is damaged or can no longer be used that belongs to the club can be invoiced to the parent / guardian so the club can sort out replacements.
